Clinical Supervision
Reflective, culturally responsive clinical supervision for social workers and therapists.
Clinical supervision is a relational, reflective process that supports ethical practice, professional growth, and sustainable social work. Grounded in Ubuntu-informed, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive principles, supervision attends to clinical decision-making, ethics, boundaries, burnout, vicarious trauma, and identity-based stressors within complex systems. Dayirai is a Registered Social Worker in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW), offering supervision to provisionally registered and practicing social workers seeking registration, authorization, or clinical designation.
Rest & Wellbeing Circles: The Art of Pausing
These Ubuntu-informed, trauma-informed workshops and circles offer intentional spaces to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with self and community—centering rest as a necessary practice for wellbeing. Sessions explore themes such as nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, boundaries, burnout, and sustainable self-care in accessible, relational learning spaces. Gently facilitated and grounded in safety and dignity, these offerings support individuals, groups, and organizations seeking collective and sustainable restoration.
Reflective Consultation & Support
Reflective consultation offers a collaborative space to pause, think, and gain clarity around personal, professional, or organizational concerns. Grounded in Ubuntu-informed, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive principles, sessions may focus on decision-making, leadership challenges, burnout, ethical dilemmas, or navigating complex systems. This service is reflective and supportive, not therapy or clinical supervision, and is suited for those seeking insight and guidance outside a therapeutic relationship.
